No prizes may or shall be awarded to any person who is a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to, Pritty (or its holding company, subsidiaries and/or any affiliated company to Pritty) or to the supplier of any goods or services in respect of the competition or any person otherwise associated with the prize draw (each a “Promoter”) and/or any family member of a Promoter and none of the aforementioned persons are eligible to enter the prize draw.

By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

Each participant consents to sharing their email address with Pritty as an entry mechanism, and by failing to do so their entry will not be valid. Furthermore, each participant by entering their details and submitting an entry into the prize draw also gives permission for Pritty to share their email address with each sponsor of the prize draw for the sole purpose of direct marketing, in the form of emails, social media or newsletters and will not be disclosed to any other entity or person without the prior consent of the participant.  Any personal data submitted by a participant will be used solely as aforementioned and in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and Pritty privacy policy (if any).

The winner will be responsible for any entry costs and additional costs incurred in taking advantage of (collecting or using) their prize.

If the winner is chosen and there are noted irregularities (i.e. the email address or person does not exist, is not delivered to a person, or is forwarded to a person with a different identity etc.) the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.  The decision of Pritty will be final and binding in this regard and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding the decision.

If Pritty is unable to contact a prize-winner within 7 (seven) days after the winner has been selected, Pritty reserves the right to pick another winner.

All entries will be examined and the prize shall be awarded to the winner selected at random by Pritty from all eligible participants who have correctly entered the prize draw in accordance with entry instructions.  The decision of Pritty will be final and binding in this regard and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding the decision.

The winners will be notified via email or social media channels, and the prizes will be issued as soon as possible. Each participant, by submitting an entry into the prize draw, consents to his/her details being published on social media for purposes of confirming that a winner has been selected for a specific prize draw (should he/she be selected as a prize winner).

Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

Pritty reserves the right to substitute any prize for another prize of like value at any time and for any reason beyond its control requiring this.

The prize may itself be subject to certain terms and conditions as imposed by the sponsor of the prize.  The winner is solely responsible for complying with such terms and conditions.

Pritty reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion at any time and will endeavour to give you advance notice of any such change or withdrawal. However, in some cases, advance notice may not be possible.

Participants accept that if they breach these rules they will be disqualified and their prizes will be revoked even if the prize has been issued prior to discovering a breach of these terms and conditions.

Under no circumstances will Pritty (or its holding company, subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies to Pritty) be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion or the prize.

Should any problem arise with the prize(s), it is the responsibility of the prize manufacturer or sponsor to undertake any repairs or maintenance and Pritty accepts no liability in this regard.

Any problems arising from physical damage or neglect to prizes on the part of the prize winner or their acquaintances will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or Pritty.

Winners are required to provide Pritty with a Copy of their ID (South African Identification Document) to receive their prize.  Failure to do so will constitute a breach of the terms and conditions and thus your prize will be revoked.

You may not participate in or win a competition if you have won a competition promoted by Pritty within the past 2 (two) months.  You will be eligible to participate in a competition promoted by us after the expiry of a period of 2 (two) months after the date on which you last won a Pritty competition. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that your entry is received by us prior to the closure of the competition.  Any entries received after the closing date of the competition will not be eligible to participate, regardless of the reason for the late entry.  Pritty accepts no responsibility for any errors of any other kind which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of an entry, or for delayed or lost entries.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
